High-Level Working Session and “Harmonius Cities: Music as a Natural Resource” Musical Reception at the United Nations Headquarters. The evening “Compendium-Live” launched the first “Music as a Natural Resource Copendium” highlighting 16 projects from 12 countries: Argentina, Bosnia and Herzegovina, China, India, Ireland, Israel, Japan, Lebanon, Sierra Leone, South Africa, and the United States in support of the Millennium Development Goals and Shanghai Expo.

Designed to develop awareness of how Music can be used as a tool for addressing the Millennium Development Goals (MDGs). Designed to demonstrate the use of music as a particularly cost-effective tool to promote health and well being, address post-conflict resolutions, thereby enhancing its use in both developing and developed countries. Exemplary case studies, research briefs and technology will be included in the 2010 publication. Template available for case studies.
